**ALL ABOARD THE Macken Realty TROLLEY FOR FIRST LOOK AT PRIME REAL ESTATE**

Macken Realty, one of South Florida's most dynamic real estate firms and Aventura's most well known, will be giving free trolley tours of distressed properties throughout South Florida on Saturday, December 12^th and Saturday, December 19^th from 11 am-2 pm. The agency launched this program as a way to educate buyers about new inventory on the market and move low priced single-family homes and condominium units by showing them to a large number of prospects simultaneously.

Macken Realty Principals Lillian and Jodi Macken will be leading the tours of distressed properties aboard a trolley that departs from the Macken Realty main office in Aventura. Approximately 15 properties will be showcased throughout North East Dade and South East Broward.
