Edna prides herself on her mediating skills
when bringing buyer and seller together. Part
of her strategy is that she puts things in perspective,
has a lot of patience, and eventually everything
flows. Learning this skill is a result of Edna
being a lung cancer survivor. She feels in a
way that fighting cancer—and winning—gave
her a general happy approach to life and an
appreciation of being alive. “Cancer was
a life affirming experience. No problem is too
hard to handle now! Everything is manageable
– “impossible does not exist!! “I
am excited by what I am doing. Real estate is
my passion—it is not a job for me,”
she says. And it shows. Edna is a top producer
at the agency and has been singled out for her
impressive numbers time after time.
Although Edna has had her real estate license
for the past 15 years, it wasn’t her primary
career. She was in the specialty advertising
business and has the distinction of selling
& marketing the famous Fisher-Bullet Space
Pen that was featured in a classic Seinfeld
show. (It writes upside-down!).? Most of Edna’s
business comes as referrals from happy clients.
