Peek in Randy’s closet and you will find a collection of silly hats. She wears one on every holiday during the year. That’s when she goes along with other members of The Aventura Marketing Council, to organize sing-a-longs for residents in long-term care facilities. (Silly hats are part of the dress code.) A very compassionate person, Randy has earned a Masters Degree in social work and is always working in the community to help the more unfortunate. A resident of Aventura Lakes, Randy, who was born in Montreal, recently became an American citizen.

“Your satisfaction is the key to my success,” is something Randy constantly tells her clients—and she can tell them that in five languages! She is a “people person” who pays attention to details and prides herself on developing long term relationships. Most of her business comes as referrals from happy clients. That’s because she always goes the extra mile and is with her clients from beginning to end.
