Real Estate is in my Blood says Sarah Sheridan, an associate at Macken Realty, Inc for the past 4 years. I grew up with a father in the business and married a man who deals in both real estate and insurance. Licensed since 1970’s, and active since, I’ve been living with the ins and outs of the business!!

My expertise is in the purchasing and disposition of luxury properties, primarily waterfront homes in Bal Harbour Village, the neighborhood in which my family and I reside. The pricepoint in the village between 2 – 25 million dollars. It’s easy to sell what you know and what you like!! Yet my interest and knowledge is far reaching. I service properties from South Miami to Hollywood, homes to condos, from $200,000 and beyond. I enjoy combining skills with my people skills. Listening, communicating, negotiating, and ultimately securing my clients with smooth transaction is my pleasure and my goal.

I am not just selling for the moment. Building long term relationships is what it’s all about for me. In this ever changing market, if it’s a rental you need, I do that too. The majority of my business is referral based. While keeping a keen eye and hand in board based advertising techniques, allows me to gain the trust of new clients while getting my listings sold.
